ENTRIES.

Vegetable broth, pumpkin flower, mushrooms, grams of corn, spinach, epazote and crispy corn.

Eggplant, pumpkin, peppers and tomato sauce flavored with saffron.
Cooked in butter with fine herbs, accompanied by false potato risotto, and fennel sauce.
Pomodoro sauce, squid, mussels, clams and shrimp with garlic croutons.
