We stayed here for 9 nights and were not disappointed. Everything about this resort was 5*. We stayed in room 207 which was spacious, immaculately clean, and an incredible bathroom, the balcony was spacious with a sea view. Due to how much we enjoyed the hotel we spent all our time here other than our daily beach walks where the water and sand are pristine as well as quiet. This hotel is a real sanctuary from the huge resorts. I enjoyed both the rooftop pool as well as the pool by the beach which during the week was lovely and quiet and zero kids. I really enjoyed the more casual menu that was served here too. The food at the hotel is great which is good as due to the number of resorts it’s not a place where you can find other restaurants to eat in unless you travel in to Playa. The breakfast was amazing, no buffet rubbish here. I enjoyed the Mexican choices as well as the avocado and egg on toast. The rooftop bar food is more gourmet and delicious. There’s also the Italian restaurant which does delicious pizza and was a handy room service option when due to jet lag we wanted to eat in one evening, the pasta dishes there are also good. For me , what really stood out were the extras such as rooftop yoga classes, delicious cocktails but most of all was the staff. The staff are excellent and truely deliver 5*service. They are friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed our conversations with them. For me I would definitely recommend this hotel for a truely relaxing stay, great food and drink, great accomodation and staff.

My friend and I stayed 5 days and had the most amazing time! We’ve both been to Mexico 6-7 times (separately and together) and this hotel was both of our favorites. The hotel is new, modern and immaculately clean. The room was spacious and very clean (tended to twice a day). We had everything we needed and was tended to right away when I’m need of extras. The food was great! I loved that the included breakfast was off the main menu and not a continental breakfast — extra points for that!
What truly made this stay so wonderful was the staff! Honestly, every single person who works there is very friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience.

Great boutique hotel! Our butler was great and was so helpful in planning everything for us. Roof top view is unbelievable and great location on beach and close to town. Rooms were great and clean. You won’t be disappointed.
