Nos alojamos aquí por 9 noches y no nos decepcionó. Todo acerca de este complejo fue 5*. Nos alojamos en la habitación 207, que era espaciosa, estaba impecablemente limpia y tenía un baño increíble, el balcón era espacioso con vista al mar. Debido a lo mucho que disfrutamos del hotel, pasamos todo el tiempo aquí, aparte de nuestros paseos diarios por la playa, donde el agua y la arena son tranquilas.

Este hotel es un verdadero santuario de los grandes resorts. Disfruté tanto de la piscina de la azotea como de la piscina junto a la playa, que durante la semana era encantadora y tranquila y no tenía niños. Realmente disfruté el menú más informal que se sirvió aquí también.

The food at the hotel is great which is good as due to the number of resorts it\’s not a place where you can find other restaurants to eat in unless you travel into Playa. The breakfast was amazing, no buffet rubbish here. I enjoyed the Mexican choices as well as the avocado and egg on toast. The rooftop bar food is more gourmet and delicious. There\’s also the Italian restaurant which does delicious pizza and was a handy room service option when due to jet lag we wanted to eat in one evening, the pasta dishes there are also good.

Para mí, lo que realmente se destacó fueron los extras, como las clases de yoga en la azotea y los deliciosos cócteles, pero sobre todo fue el personal. El personal es excelente y realmente brinda un servicio de 5 *. Son amables y serviciales y realmente disfrutamos nuestras conversaciones con ellos. Para mí, definitivamente recomendaría este hotel para una estadía verdaderamente relajante, con excelente comida y bebida, excelente alojamiento y personal.

My friend and I stayed 5 days and had the most amazing time! We’ve both been to Mexico 6-7 times (separately and together) and this hotel was both of our favorites. The hotel is new, modern, and immaculately clean. The room was spacious and very clean (tended to twice a day). We had everything we needed and tended to right away when in need of extras. The food was great! I loved that the included breakfast was off the main menu and not a continental breakfast — extra points for that!

What truly made this stay so wonderful was the staff! Honestly, every single person who works there is very friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience.

Great boutique hotel! Our butler was great and was so helpful in planning everything for us. The rooftop view is unbelievable and a great location on the beach and close to town. The rooms were great and clean. You won\’t be disappointed.
